These doughnut holes are cute and delicious. They are perfect for tea party with friend. The recipe is easy.
You will need:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb of cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How to make them: 
Mix all the ingredients. Make dough and put it on cutting board and make a long roll and cut into little pieces. Shape these pieces into the doughnut holes. Deep fry them in boiling oil until golden. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top. Best served when warm.Labels: Baking, Easy Recipe, Recipe |
